Learn how to manually unenroll contacts from workflows via The Workflows Details Page or Contact Records
Unenrolling contacts from the Workflow Details page:
1. Navigate to Automation> Workflows
2. Click on the Name of the workflow you wish to unenroll the contact from
3. In the workflow editor click “Details”
4. Click “Action Log” or “Enrollment History” Tab
5. Search for the record in the search bar on the right-hand side
6. Hover over any workflow “Event” associated with the searched contact
7. Click “Unenroll” and confirm “yes” to unenroll
If a contact has completed the workflow there won't be a "details" section to select, it'll appear as “diagnosis” which goes over what made a contact enroll or unenroll from that workflow but doesn’t give the option to unenroll from those “action log” or “enrollment history” tabs if the contact has already completed the Workflow as they have already been unenrolled having completed the workflow.
Unenrolling contacts from Contact Record:
1. Navigate to Contacts>Contacts
2. Click the name of the contact
3. In “Workflow Memberships” on the right-hand side click “Manage”
4. In the search bar search for the workflow name
5. In the “Status” Column click “unenroll”
6. In the dialog box select “Yes, unenroll from workflow”
